  • • Ensure the full scope of work, accurate costs and estimation of time are included in the building contract.
  • • Discuss any concerns you have as soon as they arise.
  • • Ensure you receive trade certificates and appropriate records on completion of building works.
  • • Meet requirements in Occupational Health And Safety Act 2004 Section 21-23 & 25.
